When I started Refine Labs in 2019, the goal was to build a professional services company that allows you to generate profit. And so we've been working on through a product and the goal the long term play is to convert a professional service company into a technology company with hyperspecialized customer success. We initially started this sort of endeavor when we were about 1.5 million ARR; it was far too early to consider that we had nothing tangible. It finally clicked on August 26th, 2022.
