How I Take Jujitsu to the Next Level
I travel around the world at 60 countries on average a year, so there's not a lot of time to spend at the competition level. In order to train and compete at that level, I need to train at least three hours a day, six days a week. So when he had downtime, which was COVID, I jumped right back into the scene. The competition part of it is not meaningful to me, meaning getting a medal.
