Fint: Do we need to re define what i strengths are? I think surrounding yourself with people who have good curiosity, good observation power is actually very important. People who can disagree with you and tell you to your face what your weaknesses are also incredibly important. So that you know not just your strength, but you also know your blind spots,. then you can absolutely architect your career and your life to your strength. And avoid step into things that really need your area of weakness to be your strength.
