How Much Time Does It Take to Get the Details Right to Make It Feel Like a Real Place?
A lot of the high detail 3d models that you could create with procedural modeling in city engine can be limited by the assets that you have available. i think there's a degree in which procedural modeling gets incredibly difficult to get down to the details without some type of manual drawing. A good example for me at least in city engine is how you depict intersections can be very complicated where sometimes we might just develop a lot of the baseline information procedurally but then draw shapes to depict certain things like bulbouts and those types of elements either using the drawing tools in city engine or taking the model to sketch up or 3d CAD software to make those edits there.
