There's a lot of gender diversity in all different forms of diversity at junior levels in financial institutions and also in lots of different corporates that have now quite strict hiring policies around diversity metrics. However attrition remains a massive problem particularly the maternity stage there's very little support for new parentsparticularly mothers who are usually the primary caregiver. The impact of diversity becomes even more patent because we have you know 85 percent of male gps and we have 1.9 percent of funding going to female funded startups. More men have more successful LP fund raising so there's still lots to be done but yeah I do think it's a good step in the right direction.
