How do you decide whether to build or buy? We actually take an approach of doing both. Of course, we prefer to buy if it's going to be a time to market capability where you need it fast, fast. So our approach is definitely a combination of partnering and then also looking at strategic roles internally that we're staffing with direct headcount from F-LAC.
