How Did You Get Your Work Ethic?
Michael Riordan grew up in a family of 11 kids. His father was the son of an alcoholic, and he dropped out of school at 16 years old when he worked at a grocery store. He says his parents set a great example for him as far as working hard. And so i practised the exact same thing with my kids. I think every kid should be an athlete. They're busy that doesn't matter what they do in life,. When they get out and compete with the rest of the world, there are so many other things to worry about.
