Dr. Harvey was talking about how went from an analysis of the sort of inquiry fades right to action. The really moving between this sort of acting and observing was then to reach out to those decision makers and to share that information back. And what we did see as a consequence were district authorities actually changing, making commitments to offer new support to communities. It's not just some kind of a an obscure phenomenon that they heard about on documentaries or something, but that it needed to integrate into their actions.
