The Committee on Recessions

The committee says they have a little formal check list three qualifications that a turn must satisfy to be a recession. They look at personal income, a couple employment measures, consumption numbers and wholesale retail sales. But ben says they don't like to pick a favorite, in part because every recession is a little different. Every time the committee gathers different s are going to matter more.
