The Economic System and the Changes in the Economy

Poverty has been radically reduced over the last 100 years, but that's not because of capitalism. The only difference is the economic system or if you compare Eastern Western Germany - this is perfect. In Vietnam it was the poorest country in 1990, even poorer than African countries. Today it is amazing what happened there. It is all about the economic system.
