Once a year for his birthday, they buy Charlie a Wonka bar or some sort of Wonka candy bar. And he then like over the course of a month. It's disgusting. I don't know if you can be the arbiter of what is or is not gross candy wise. One thing Doll does do pretty well is names: He names characters in a way that immediately makes you feel the way you're supposed to feel about the characters.
