Phil Jackson and the 1991 NBA Coach of the Year

Phil Jackson finished fourth in Coach of the Year, behind Rick Adelman and Chris Ford for the 1991 Boston Celtics. The Bulls were already pretty good before he got there. There's a ton of great stuff going on there, but no one notices it. They almost win 70 games in 1992 and Phil Jackson finishes third.
