Getting Faster Is a Must for Most Athletes
The development I see most needed with most athletes is that they need to get faster first. Lots of athletes don't have the ability that can be developed to be able to do what Killian does. And now they're out for their five hour run because Killian does, but it's, you know, 50, 60% of it's in zone four and five. You know, so taking a step back and really developing your ability, your raw ability to get faster isn't enough.
