The Legal Aspect of Accessibility
In Canada, there are certain laws that you have to abide by. There's different accessibility legislation that exists at the federal level. Section 508 deals with just digital pieces and it's a set of guidelines for organizations who want to create accessible web experiences. The WCAG 3.0 has various levels of documentation that help explain it. And they even have listings of techniques that you can use to help meet those guidelines.
