Nail and the Sky Breakers in Training

Zeth has had more significant growth as a person than nal, the herald of justice. I think it was just very clear that zeth is more mature and more experienced than anyone else. So, and not just the other sky breakers in training. They havei fully formed inferstructure and terms of, like chain of command and how they train. And et basically just lik questioned the entire thing s why are we doing this? What are the laws here?
