The Assassination of a King
Being the king of a mediaeval kingdom like viger nagra could be a dangerous business. Deveriah sat at the top of a towering and fragile hierarchy packed with jealous rivals. While the persian ambassador, abdur lazak, was staying in the city, devariah, the second was the target of an audacious assassination attempt by one of his brothers. The first part of the plan went off without a hitch. As soon as the individual who had been sent for entered the above mentioned house, two assassins placed in ambush sprang out upon him, pierced him with a dagger and cut him to pieces.
