We are leading when it comes to war crimes accountability, along with others who are out in front. The international criminal court does not have jurisdiction over the crime of aggression. There's a big meeting on friday in lithuanian international conference to create a special tribunal as was created after nuremberg. And i think there might be a very reasoned basis for creating a special tribunal that stops russia and other states from doing what they've done in the past.
