Is There a Drawback to Decentralization?

Tesos has a unique governing structure where you are quite decentralized, from what i understand. In terms of tesos, we have a government procedure that's alos four of grades to the chain. So any one can propose an ograde on a tesos chain, and a it's sait to a vote,. But if the vote passes, the ograd is adopted. And so when i think about ike, a smart contracting platform, and every one ha talk about re going to be trayd real state on the block chain... I want to push further on like, what can we do with a block chain that we can't do with a traditional data base?
