The Intent Argument for Trump Being Deluded
In a thousand other contexts, the people who are saying this would be the first to acknowledge that the utterances of under Biden in certain contexts were perfectly fine under the First Amendment. But that doesn't mean they're not evidence of corrupt scheming, right? You know, or a built-in meeting with the Attorney General on the tarmac. It wasn't illegal for them to have a conversation, but what they were talking about or unethical or whatever. The content of the conversation is perfectly legitimate to go after.
