Deep Learning: A Reasoning Engine
The neural network is a statistical inference machine. All it's doing, in this case, the all seems reductive. But what it is doing is extracting patterns from raw data and inferring them. It creates a model that is too complicated to express in mathematical terms by a mathematician sitting at the problem and looking at it. The neural network gets extremely complex and requires a lot of parameters.
