The seven guiding principles of design are: balance, emphasis, visual weight, hierarchy, direction, simplicity, and unity. There's no particular importance of order, although there are a few that I think are really important to understand. So after the visual elements, we're going to talk about the guiding principles ofdesign. And then actually under design factors, the visual elements is a factor.
