The Role of Breaks in ADHD
The break in the brain is usually chemically speaking. It's turning on the handbrake in ADHD. Our brain doesn't inhibit behaviors and movements. They're technically speaking knackered. The brake lines have been cut and a bit like a cart. We're less able to stop doing thinking things. So, okay, I'm up. Talking of breaks, I've had enough of you so we're going to take one.
