Pendo had low expectations of their product led team and freemium team at first because it was brand new. Did you have like to double your customer success team because of the influx of free people or was it so simple of a version that it didn't really require? Look, it was a simple version and we decided that we were gonna be more reactive on support rather than proactive. So I think if someone needs help, they should be able to get in touch with someone to Pendo to get them out.
