Runners World Magazine's Gear of the Year

We got Runners World Magazine's Gear of the Year a year in. That didn't change our sales, but what it did every time I was talking to an account moving forward,. And that was a huge rose, a huge boost for us. So how do we reinforce those behaviors over time? It's a great question. We started thinking recently where every Tuesday at staff meeting, we bring in one of the behaviors and be like, all right, want to reiterate this is a supporting behavior for fun. This is a slippery behavior. Just message repeat, message repeat.
