As someone who is an american living in the uk, at the nches just is, i love it. It's a good way to think about because i had heard that lots of people had private health insurance, but i didn't think you could self insure in that way. In scotland there's also free education, so free higher education, which is something that people in england may not have the same sort of privilege of having as i correct. Back then it was kind of a no braine in the sense that only perhaps ten % of the population went to university, and you got free tui fees. Now i think it's a more kind of balanced cost
