Is the Training of Meditation More Valuable?

Yoga is a three part practice. In the united states they just do the osinous, you know, it's breath inside movement. Then i've kind of what what mohan called it, he goes, the technical name for yoga is garbege, removal. So sut what i've what i'm doing in the osinas is i'm kind of removing gunk, and then i feel a little bit more present. And then the juicy part of yoga is using the breath, the proniama, the breathing techniques, to have a more direct effect on the mind.
