In another life i used to work for tg i for at least for a far too long right this class example of of someday with ambition but nowhere to go. What they had was this thing called the beautification schedule and it's such a simple thing but it's it's almost elegant and it's simplicity which is you look at everything that needs to be cleaned and write down how to clean it. You then hand out that daily schedule to a member of staff who's in charge of waiters or the kitchen guys and then you get the kitchen manager to check that out on at the end of the shift did you clean that did you clean it?
