Plastic Surgery for Underage Children

I think you should be an adult and maybe the age to vote is a good way to go from. Would there be a maximum age? No, I don't think so. What about as happens in a few places, people under-18 get in plastic surgery because one of their parents has decided they should have it? Don't agree with that at all. It does happen though. If you could look like anybody physically, perhaps with a bit of plastic surgery to help you, who would you like to look like?
