Is Existential Philosophy a Traditional Philosophy?
Kamu is not a traditional existentialist. That thinks that we life is inherently meaningless, and then we should find meaning in life for ourselves. So he describes the difference between what he calls like plain suicide and philosophical suicide. He says one path is exit, and the ultimate exit is suicide. The absurd has meaning only in so far as it is not agreed to. We cannot explain away human beings absolute desire for the answering of existential questions. And we can't explain the third which is the absurd that results from those threeThose are goin to become important because he talks about like truth and logic, et cetera, later on.
