Do You Know How to Train a Slow Twitch Athletes?

There might be different, a yet different ways that the stress impact you. So if i do a lot of women at intervals, i get much better at women at intervals. I don't necessarily get better at 20 mary intervals. For example, for somebody is a beginner, then it probably doesn't matter at all. But unless somebody is close to their genetic potential, that's when you really need to figure out what is it? Where do they still have some room to improve? What arete the one per centrs tat we can work on? And that's where maybe, no matter how much load you give them, you need to give them the right type of load.
