Sally reeney herself did approve the casting. It would matter to me hugely if i was an up and coming ish yes. Stian and i just felt this was routinely happening, where irish stories are retold with non irish performers. I think what's lovely is that alison oliver is,. this is her first acting role, and that does feel like absolutely perfect casting. Yes, i don't know. Maybe it having joe arwin's accent in this. He sad. But, and he is meant to be irish in the show, is he? He's not been given a back story where he’s conveniently britten. No.
