Jorge: So in terms of next steps where would you move forward at this point? Yes so all of those basic labs like you said but definitely adding on head CT. You're only doing a head CT to make sure that doesn't have elevated endocrine pressure. For such head imaging we're actually going to either need to get an MRI in someone with low CD4 counts or a CT with contrast because we're really looking for encephalitis which is in no way rolled out by anything that we just said.
