When i'm not these gono steers at 20 months old and throwing em in the feed yard on full feed for four months, what i'm not doing is, i'm not putting a lot of extra fat on. The steer is something too goto to try to maximize the value out of and get rid of it as quick as possible. And if we selecting for our good cows, right? The ones that that survive on nothing, that eat sticks sticks rocks and dirt and drink air, and that stay fat all year. When they can stay fat on that all year, that's the genetic you're looking for.
