Inventories and capacity of crude oil storage in the United States are running at 86% of capacity. In 2017, you still had plenty of floating storage available, which you don't have now. Somewhere by the middle of May is what the estimates are that we're going to run out of crude oil. The problem with this is that if you are a producer of crude oil and you want to sell it, everybody's telling I got no storage. Well there is a way out and the way out is you can sell a futures contract and make delivery on it."
