Kelseer's Power of Preservation

i wonder if it's kind of like being a shard where your innate personhood and personality become like diffused into the power that you're holding. Maybe kelseer's essence starts to get diluted into like the idea of him i think that's a good way  to describe what he becomes. He definitely does have additional powers but he is still like weakened he's not like a full shard I think a sliver is a great way to describe what keLseer becomes because he's not fully a shard well but you become one.
