The dark fleet tends to use flags of convenience whose registries have a poor record of carrying out their monitoring and certification duties. When you're on a ship that's perhaps 21, 22 years old that hasn't been well maintained then things can go wrong. The Artemis reflagged to St Kitts are nervous is the flag registry. That registry has to make sure that the Artemis has what's called a blue card which says if we have an accident, if we spill oil then this is the company that has got liability for the environmental costs and the cost of cleaning up.
