Uber is a great example. Subsidized, who isn't going to love a black car service that costs you less than a taxi? Oh gosh, where do I sign up? And then when suddenly Uber needs to make money, it's a whole different thing. We focus a lot on new companies and startups now. But even with all of that brilliance, if you don't have a business model that can actually make money, you're not doing anyone any favors.
