The Power of Walking Away

I was once at the Melbourne Comedy Festival and an outdoor pizzeria with my then husband. And we waited over 45 minutes for pizzas which were burnt. I said, we're not eating these. We are going to proudly walk away. He's a lot more sort of very sort of British about things. So he was like, well, no, they should explain to them. But it was one of those situations where I just thought they were relieved. Rather, if we walked away, then made a complaint because they were having a rough night. You know, we all have rough nights. That's the problem. The thing they actually want is for people to start walking away. If
