School and degrees do not mean that you know yourself better than someone else. So when i look at people that have impostor sindrome, more often than not, it's actually people who are selling something they don't have mastery over. And so my best tip to overcoming impostorsindrom is, to focus on what you have mastery of. The second piece of that is just shutting off the external world. I don't care if someone doesn't think i'm great at messaging, because i have mastery over something. It's also the people that realize your responsible for your students success.
