Zeno and the Goths

Theodoric the Amal joined two Gothic forces together under his command. Zeno sought help from the Bulgars, who had settled on the lower Danube. Straybo decided to head for Greece, but was thrown from his horse and died en route. In late 487 or early 488, it was agreed that Theodoric would march on Italy, defeat Odowassa and rule Italy for the Empire.
