Matt Dee: There aren't many people who are in that space. But there also aren't many companies looking for it. You don't have to be as unique as you, Matt Dee, to find roles. The company searches for a year and I'm the only person that they can find a pointable. So kind of pull those two areas together. It's more important that I have a full understanding of a care continuum of a certain disease. Sometimes it's strategic skills in terms of how to position a product. And if I think back to the work in brand teams, it could even be, do I understand like these slight differences in messaging? Am I willing to discuss color?
