I Can't Get Rid of a Three Kelvin Signal

There was excess noise over the model that had been predicted by a previous guy, a guy by the name of Edward Ohm. He measured the same signal found that there was this his of static of radio static that he could not get rid of. So in the not being able to reduce the signal or increase the signal to noise ratio, the noise was noise. They were and so we in a radio astronomy characterizer signal, not by its intensity, but by its temperature. But they measured it was exactly 2.7265 degrees Kelvin.
