On a scale of one to 10, 10 being the best. I'm going to list off different cash flowing investment classes and I want you to tell me how you would rate each of them. We'll start with one as a baseline which we've already talked about which is agencies. That one doesn't surprise me based on our past conversations, info products like online courses. These are such five. There's great ones and there's shitty ones.
