Ajna Light Therapy

Ajna has done light therapies that more or less give you like a little DMT trip, right? So I've done on the handful of times. They're definitely really interesting. One day I was sitting in front of a pool after he got out of a sauna and the sun was coming through just the right position that the light was bouncing off the pool and hitting my forehead. And with my eyes closed, it literally gave me that same effect. It makes me think if they line that sauna to the same point where it bounces off the water and hits and hits their forehead more or less, you could have like a non psychedelic induced psychedelic state.
