Should We Just Be Skeptical of Things That We Want to Be True?

I think about when it comes to that question of like, should we just be skeptical of stuff that we want to be true? I mean, to me, it's like kind of a, you've got to take everything case by case. You can't just apply this skeptical principle broadly to every situation where you desire something. But at the same time, you take it way too far if desire just automatically gives us reason to be skeptical.
