How Are the Bookings Looking?

Bookings started picking up in October. I'm excited to finally see some of that money come in and be like, All right, cool. The bank account is padding. We don't have to subsidize it as much. It's really too early to tell because we haven't hit any like we've grossed a hundred K so far. And then we need to gross another two fifty basically from now to May. And I think we'll do that. But we were fine with the ten percent return simply because the cost aggregation and depreciation on this property was going to be really, really, really good come tax time.
