Inbound is handling inbound request form submits or like something that's been scored in the marketing engine. And then there's the midbound, which would be anything that doesn't kind of hit those trigger points and we almost use them as prioritized accounts. You know, you've got an account based approach where you say, Hey, this account, there's a trigger or a signal here where X account is somebody from that account is interested in what we're doing. But outbound is cold upbound is one of the hardest things. When somebody's already embedded to you or done something, it's so much easier.
