The Moral Hazard of Climate Change
i think the moral hazard critique is importantnd, and really wish something we need to take to heart and act on. I do think the developed world has an obligation to to up more around carb removal. It has the capacity to invest in these higher dollar removal technologies. And in fact, we need to do that in our own countries and only in developing countries with their express desire and request to help them learn how to do it or as well.
