EGFR Mutant Lung Cancer
Small cell transformation and Alk is less common than what's been seen with EGFR mutant lung cancer but it happens. P53 is the most common commutation seen about 40 percent of patients with alfusions, so you know that to me it isn't really going to be the marker It's really a tissue based one I think using your clinical judgment.
