When we started to work with the Premier League, it was something that all the academies did raised as an issue. So I think if a sport is going to take this on, they have to want it. They have to identify that there is indeed for it. And rugby clearly at that point of time didn't feel it was worth the push. That's their own decision. So who was I to argue with them?
